Cancellation, Refunds, & Replacement Policies:

We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan, so we have created this cancellation, refund and replacement policy for you!

Cancellation Policy:

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfilment and logistics for processing the next morning.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, please send us an email to info@flashepic.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.

REPLACEMENT POLICIES
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your oder.

If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please mail us a picture of the items showing the siz tag and its original packaging with 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get your correct one shipped out.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
 
After 7 days of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.


Replacement & Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days:

If you wish to request a refund, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in its new, unopened, original condition, back to us.

Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your items, inspect the product, we will grant you the full refund, minus shipping.

 

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it doesn't meet the above creiteria.

Late or no refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded on your credit card statement. Please allow up to 5-10 business days.
